Hello, Paul,

Afraid you misread my question or, perhaps, I didn't word it well... I do NOT blame God! In fact, it is my very belief in a loving Creator that it seems led me to pondering how he might deal with some of the horrendous things that have been done in his name. I'm certain He isn't pleased with such actions, and must be even more disappointed that it's His own love that has been SO distorted that it would be used as an excuse for evil and hatred rather than light and love!

And, yet, BECAUSE he is so loving, I have wondered how He would handle such a situation/such people who do -- now that I think of it -- "blame" Him for the atrocities they comit!

It's very difficult to explain my thoughts clearly, but I have come to some sort of understanding within myself as to how it may be able to be resolved with love, as it must be, because I do KNOW God is loving. But, in case I didn't, I thank you for your explanation!
