Subject: Ummmmmmmm -- about that "too old for her thing"? Let's remember that given the Vulcans lengthy lifespan (compared to humans), T'Pol miught be DECADES older than Archer! And I haven't seen any "sparks" between Trip & T'Pol. What I *have* seen is hwat may become a real, true, friendship based on trust and respect. I see no romantic jazz at ALL between them. I am with you all the way in hoping that we see much more interaction between them --- just NOT of the romantic variety. I don't think every significant, interesting relationship has to be a romantic one.

[> [> [> Well considering that T'Pol is suppose to be 65, Archer(SB) is 48, Trip is 32-35. Who really is too old for who. But I agree with you Michelle that at the present time they need to develope a good working relationship between T&T and mutual friendship. Since last three Star Trek shows last 7 yrs one shouldn't expect to see anything before S3 probably S4. I hope that we see more interaction between T&T. It will be interesting to see how they overcome their cultural differences. -- talon, 23:40:29 02/12/02 Tue
