Hey, Found this info over at the Trek Today Board or whatever you call it...LOL!
WHOA! Sorry, Michy. Feel free to delete. I didn't realize I had typed THIS much! LOL! -- Lost and Spacie, 22:54:51 12/18/01 Tue
Well, one thing I'm finding.... and perhaps this has been in ALL the ST shows and it is just dawning on me now... It SEEMS they keep rehashing (at least parts) of the same story. When I was retyping this over here, I kept thinking... This IS a new EP, right.... The part about the mysterious illnesss killing people on the planet? They've done that TWICE already. The cave people dieing for radiation, and the people on the planet that Archer smootched the woman on were dieing because of some "mysterious" ailment caused by the reactor thing..... MAN... The enterprise is the ST equivalent to Little Joe Cartright proposing marriage!!! LOL! ALSO... the above mentions something about a ship shadowing or stalking them... etc. They JUST DID THAT! The invisible ship guys that was hiding in their exhaust.. remember? GOSH... Am I being picky? I don't remember thinking this before. Oh well. I REALLY enjoy the show, no matter. I HOPE that TRIP gets more screen time... I think he -- is going to come out as the real star attraction. Lost and Spacie having had way, Way, WAY too much caffiene this a.m.!!!!, 08:47:58 12/19/01 Wed
To answer your rhetorical question, ST (and I suppose other shows) assigns production numbers to each episode. TNG, Voyager and Enterprise each began with 101 (actually the 2-hour pilots were in the 720s). DS9 had to be different, though: its production numbers began with 401. There. More than anyone ever wanted to know!! BTW, when I was a kid, I memorized all the prod. #s for TNG :) -- Emily H., 16:32:34 12/20/01 Thu
