That's terrific - more than 40% improvement over your first attempt!
If you have time to have another go I know you can do better. In addition to all the wonderful advice from Sharon and Jan here are some additional thoughts:

Keep taxes on very high the whole game.

Build all three sanctuaries (Athena gives olive oil which is needed to give to allies in return for drachmas) as soon as possible. Start with Hades right away. In episode 1 you can start bronze production so you will have some ready for the sculpture studios when they become available in episode 2.

Ask for lots of blessings - I got 4 or 5 blessings from each of the Gods during the game. Hades and Athena blessings are very advantageous.

Give wheat to Tara, wine to Sparta and request drachma right from the start. Later when you have Athena you will have lots of olive oil to give to Calydonia and Olympia in return for drachmas. Plunder all cities for drachma until they become allies. Then again in the last year.

If possible add more houses to your blocks - they produce will generate more taxes.
