Dear Sirs,

We here at the Grinding Wheel Guild take offence at your comment that grinding wheels are overrated! In fact our grinding wheels are underrated by a factor of 1.5 thereby allowing for exceeding the maximum allowed rotational speed printed on them without exploding. It has taken all I can muster to grit my teeth and not become abrasive when I see such misinformation being ground out by the likes of your sort. I am sure the founders of the guild & Edward Goodrich Acheson are spinning in their graves every time you file such misinformation. If you continue to make such misrepresentations I assure you sparks will fly. This centerless grinding out of misinformation must stop before we loose our bearings. On the surface-grinding may seem an exercise in simply going back and forth over the same place but it’s flatly not so simple.

We specialise in grinding wheels and the grinding of difficult materials that are traditionally using CBN or Diamond abrasive products at high expense. We are currently supplying a new concept in vitrified grinding wheels known as an F1 vitrified grinding wheel which can remove metal at a rate not seen before in the UK. If you are grinding D2 M3 O2 and H13 with hardness of 45 Rockwell C and harder we have cost effective grinding wheels for removing the stock highly efficiently. Please fill in the abrasive products contact page and send to our UK office where our highly skilled technicians can advise you of the correct abrasive products.

Well I must be getting back to the old grind as we like to say around here. Hate to cut-off this dialog but it’s time to go take another spin at development of the F1 and research into the new F2 vitrified line.
