I have received the message and decoded, but it does not correspond with any directives in the "green book" it seems the phrase "fencing for beginners" is the sticking point. Here is what I got with various settings of the decoder ring (Mk 3, serial number 7).

BEGIN ENFORCING FERNS, BENIGN CONFER FINGERS, BONNER FECES FRINGING, BRINGING FENCES FREON, BORING FENNEC FINGERS

The roses are particularly blooming for this time of year altough i`ve heard that Amsterdam holds a plethora of Dutch people. Wayne Rooney is the secret love child of Sven and Cherie.
