Subject: Notice of Intention to Move Country
Just to let you all know that we're on the move.
The country of Australia will be moving north west
about 6,000km. We're sick of being so far away from
everything, and being almost on the equator should improve
the bloody weather, here in Canberra.
We're looking to do this around September, so let your friends know. This is going to be a bit of nightmare, especially if you have kids, but we've had a meeting at the local and we think she'll be right. The move itself will
take about a month, as we'll be taking it slow.
At the start of August you'll be able to collect dinghys from your local government representative. On the days of the move we ask everyone to head to the beach and hop in their dinghy to lighten the load so as to speak. Farmers with livestock will be given extra dinghys.
If there is anything we've missed we'll work it out on the day. If there are any real problems we'll gather at the local and have a yarn about it. If it looks like we've really buggered it up, we'll have a couple of beers, to lubricate the brain so as to speak. If there is still a problem, we'll keep drinking until the problem goes away, or fixes itself, or the missus comes to collect us.
Following the move there will be a barbie, so BYO. Formal dress, so shorts and thongs.
Bruce

Here at Country Movers we can help you in respect of moving your Country to another place. Sorry if this sounds a lttle patronizing but where is Australia exactly? Is it a very big Country and are they good at worthwhile sport? Ive had a butchers at the old atlas and I can`t seem to locate Australia, I hope this is`nt a wind-up!
Country Movers offers very reasonable rates, in fact we will re-locate your Country for less than the price of a good England football manager so we`re not talking tens of millions of $ here. Using our tried and tested semi-failsafe system of 500 tugs, 300 barges, 60 ex-us navy dinghies, 85 canoes, 60 rowing boats, 9 junks and a floating pier or two
we guarantee that your move will be without aggro and will not take longer than 3 months give ir take a bakers-decade or seven.
Country Movers are also proud to offer a dismantable option where we break your Country into tiny fragments and re-assemble hopefully to exactly as was before in the location/venue of your choice.
Please get back to me ASAP witrh your preferences and I will
get our people to liase with your people, contracts will be exchanged and then the bnasty business can commence.
Cheers!

Thanks for the offer Silvester.
Let me talk it over with the missus.
Yeah, we can be hard to find, cause we're to bloody far from everything else. Whats that ad campaign we've got on at the moment - "Where the bloody hell are you?" - damn good question.

Ey Bruce,
Ya know this seems a bit dodgy but why don't we just move the equator down here? Seems a lot easier looking at this here globe mate! No need to upset the Aborigines ya know mate, and why drag us up there when we could just move something else like a Fosters? Kangaroos and such would be such a bother moving the whole continent so I say throw another on the barbi and ave a Fosters mate.

PS- new advert - Screw you we're here because we don't like you!

Ey Bruce,
My Sheila just reminded me you should mention to your Sheila and see if there is anything needed for the barbi. While you at it you may as well ask Bruce and Sheila if they are coming. I thought I might invite me mate Bruce and his girlfriend Sheila if you don’t think you or Bruce or Sheila would mind.
