(He said as though it were the simplest thing in the world to understand. He was the sort of guy who listened and was there for anyone, but especially for his friends.) Sounds to me like she was hurt a lot worse that day than she let on. (He said with a slight frown, leaning back in his chair again. He had been following her treatment since she returned, but she had continually skipped her sessions and had pushed herself to breaking in training.. it was no wonder she was having a breakdown.) Perhaps she just needs more time, and I am sure she is just as upset about backing away from you as you are.
