(He let out a low breath as he lay there alone and slowly went through the motions of attempting to move each part of his body.. it seemed as though he could move everything but his damned left hand.. it was like it just didnt want to cooperate with him. He frowned, and when he tried his damndest to move it he suddenly had a blinding headache. By the time she returned to him, he was pale and more than a little worried about things. If he had a disability he would be off the field work list.. he would be reduced to desk work.. he and Skeeter would be too good of friends before long. When the agent she had talked to came into the room to check on him, he was still quiet. The agent took some blood, checked his vitals and gave him another shot of steroids to induce his body to recover quicker. The shot seemed to clear his thoughts a bit, but he was still nervous.) I can't move my hand. (He finally admitted when the agent pushed him to it. As the agent examined his reflexes and told him it was a permanent paralysis, he tried not to worry about it, and instead let out a low breath. The agent told them that he was just experiencing some low level motor impairment.. it was something he could regain with regular physical therepy, but he had to make sure he didnt over stress his mind or he could easily have a stroke. When the agent was gone, he groaned and looked at his hand as it lay on his stomach.. the poor thing.) Pretty stupid if you ask me.
