He had to fight the urge to roll his eyes at her biting question, a slow breath given to calm himself down. All he wanted was to get to his apartment so he could call Haylie and set his heart at rest that she was ok and this girl was holding him up. "Listen, obviously, neither one of us rookies here so why don't you just tell me exactly why your tailing me and we can both get on with our respective evenings, huh?" He questioned, his tone cajoling as he shifted to shove his hands into his pocket, one foot resting in front of the other as he rocked on the balls of his feet, an unconscious habit that he did quite frequently. Unless he was in his car, he always had to be doing something and since he didn't have his trusty yo-yo he was stuck nearly bouncing like a child. This woman was slightly intriguing, he would give her that but he wasn't big on mind games and that was all she seemed to be intent on playing. She was pretending to be someone she wasn't, deflecting his questioning and in general just being a pest and that wasn't sitting well with the well toned, hyper-active agent.
