He frowned a bit at that, knowing she was uncomfortable didn't bode well with him. "Why don't you take something for your head?" He questioned, shifting his bag on his shoulder at the same that he shifted his weight on the balls of his feet. He just had to much energy to stand there and be still, he'd always had that problem. A low breath escaped his lips as he hooked his thumb beneath the strap of leather that crossed his chest. "Um, yeah, I can get you one of the apartments...got good connections like that." He smiled a touch, biting his lip absently, unsure why he felt a little akward around her suddenly. He couldn't blame himself for any pain she might be feeling, he had given her fair warning, hadn't he? Yet, he still felt guilty, like he shouldn't even be there in her private chambers...like he was invading her space and her heart without even really trying to. It was an unsettling feeling and it made him suck in a breath, his hand that wasn't tucked into the stap raking through his hair absently, freeing it from the gel that had been holding it in place...
