He had to watch himself, he was eight years her senior, she was the sister of his best friend who's death he was responsible for and had yet to really deal with - everytime she smiled he saw Keegan and it killed a little bit of him - and she was dangerously attractive to him for some reason that he couldn't define. He was also her father figure, nothing more than another big brother and she was his ward for the next year, it was his responsibility to make sure she was clothed, taken care of and schooled and all that, not to lure her into his bed. He bit his lip a little, his brow furrowed as he gazed at her. "While I am gone on assignment you are probably going to stay with Haylie, Reese." He stated, his head cocked to the side as he watched her. He would have just let her stay home by herself but she had shown that she couldn't be trusted to get herself to school and feed herself and all that so he would put her in Haylie's care. In thirteen years, Haylie would have a teen to be taking care of so she could use the practice anyways.
