Subject: ETiffError TIFFReadEncodedStrip

as I use Envision 1.x to read a [TTiffCompression = packbits] image, as it's TIFFTAG_ROWSPERSTRIP=-1

env 1.x will have the error, but Env 2.0 work well?

could i have any info of this bug? and code?
