Subject: image processing

greetings people,

i'm working on a image processing project and i'm trying to write the code in Borland C++(v.5.0).If somebody can help me here's what i realy need:
1) Croping with the mouse an bitmap displayed into an TImage;
2) the selected part of image(croped) i need it to display in a separate TImage.In effect, in the second TImage i will have a new little bitmap that i need to process.
3)i need to read the pixels data from this new little bitmap(the rgb values for every pixel)and put into an array.

In final , having the array with the rgb values for every pixel from the selection i can start developing my "real" project.

Thanks for your time!!!

P.S. Exscusme for my poor english but is not my native language :0)
