Hi Catalin,

This can be done quite easily with Envision and the TImageScrollBox component. Have a look at the example program from www.intervalsoftware.com/download.html

You can crop part of an image, copy to clipboard, and paste as a new image. You can access the pixels using TImageScrollBox.Graphic.Rgb property.
