Subject: fail to write bmp image

I can't save bmp image using envision library. My code:

TImageScrollBox *imagebox;
imagebox = new TImageScrollBox(Form1);
imagebox->Graphic = new TDibGraphic;
imagebox->Graphic->NewImage(Width, Height, ifTrueColor, NULL, 0, 0);
imagebox->SaveToFile(name.c_str());
delete imagebox;

I got an EEnvisionError exception saying .bmp is not supported or not registered

I've tryied this line before SaveToFile:
RegisterDibGraphic("bmp", "Bitmap", imagebox->Graphic);
didn't help

I eslo have those lines in Envision.Inc (but it should do something else either)

What's wrong?
