Dear Martin,

This is related to the EnReg.DCU file. The trial units don't
have the Envision.Inc file defined with Envision BMP support. This was
sometimes causing problems with BMP loaded at design time in the IDE.

To workaround this in the trial version, call,

RegisterDibGraphic("BMP", "Bitmap file", __classid(Enbmpgr::TBitmapGraphic));


Changing the Envision.Inc file does not work with the trial version
because the units are precompiled into DCU files.
