Subject: Color palette problem

Hy Guys,
sorry for my bad English!

I have the following problem:
A customer work with the new d-link dsc-350 USB-Digi-cam.
when my app get the pictures the color-palette is not
ok?
big billy´s imaging.exe has the same problem?
but big tools like ulead photoimpact get the correct
color?
i have set the iftruecolor option before i use the
aquire method of your TScanner-object but no other result.
What can i do?

Please help me as fast as possible
