Hi Andreas,

Scanner/driver problems are really given me a hard time. Without the actual device it is hard to find the problem.

Are you displaying the device's interface? Sometimes there are options in the interface that may help work around such problems.

If your driver allows transferring images without requiring the camera to be attached I may be able to help.
