Very sorry to hear of your problems.

Blokes often store these things up as they often do not want to talk about them or have no one they feel they can talk to.

You are a welcome and valued member of this little board and you should feel free, please, to post what you want here when you feel you'd like to.

Hopefully, releasing some of this will be helpful to you and, you never know, somebody on here will be able to do even a small thing which will be useful to you.
