Subject: Oh.. Tina..

I am so sorry Tina..I haven't looked here for around 2 weeks or more, because I've been sick.. really sick-- with the flu. I was just too wretchedly ill to bother looking at my sites, and now that I have see that while I've been groaning about having th flu, you have been going thru something much more serious.
Please forgive me. It's wonderful to know that you are not so ill with this round of chemo, and I hope it stays that way for you, though I'm sorry you've had to give up your birds and your swimming.
Some happy news.. I have a new baby grandson born to Darren (second son) and wife,Jen on June 22nd.
His name is Benjamin Lloyd, and he weighed just over 8lbs. a little brother for Alexander, 19 months.

Congratulations on your new grandson! What a good size baby and a beautiful name.

I am sorry that you have been under the weather with the flu. The flu bug can hit very hard and one feels miserable with it.

I hope you are doing better and will be back to feeling well again.

Ellie-forgot to ask you how Alexander likes the baby.
