Hi Ellie,

I am sorry to hear about your back. It is so easy to put one's back out of wack. Were you able to put ice on it as that seems to help in the beginning. Also there are some exercises to strenghten the lower back. I know years ago when I hurt my lower back by twisting and bending the wrong way that my doctor sent me to physical therapy. I did the exercises every morning for a very long period of time. They really helped me. Also Advil worked for me.

I can close my eyes and picture the daffodils and jonquils in the gardens, and the gorgeous trees in pink and white blossom. We have been having cooler weather which is fine with me. I enjoy upcoming fall weather because the leaves turn such beautiful color but do not look forward to winter at all.

I know you will enjoy celebrating Jemillah's first birthday.
Our grandchildren are the bright spot in our lives. We are truly blessed to share in their lives.

My oldest granddaughter (she lives in Florida and will 5 in January) told her dad that she missed me. He put her on the phone and she asked me to come over to play one of her favorite games. I had played it with her on my last visit to Florida I told her that I live very far away and would have to come by plane but that she could ask her dad to call me anytime she missed me. I felt really bad when I hung up the phone. I usually only get to Florida once a year.

I would like any main dishes, no desserts please. Please do so at your convenience, no rush.

Tina, I will answer your above e-mail. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Take care.
Phyllis
