Hi Ellie & Tina,

First of all, congratulations Tina on the beautiful wedding. Your description was awesome and I wish them a happy lifetime together.

Ellie I enjoyed reading about your children's outdoor wedding.

I am hoping that a wedding will follow soon for my son. I will keep you both posted.

My computer was down for several days. I found out it was a internet provider issue. I was trying to get on line and received message regarding problem with confirguration. I spend l l/2 hrs on phone (good thing toll free number) trying to resolve problem and was told that my internet provider would report it to administration. Yesterday, I receive a phone call from them and was told the problem was resolved. I am happy as my computer is very old but not in my budget at this time for a new one.

I am having major tree work done this Saturday. One of trees has a couple of branches that extend to my back yard neighbor's roof. I call the tree expert and decided to have several other work done of other trees as some of the branches need to be trimmed. Also a large butternut tree needs to be completely removed as it is showing signs of rotting.

I still have not rented my apartment as there seems to be a large number of vacant ones in our area. This is the 3rd week that I have placed my ad in the newspaper. Wish me luck.

I am watching Kaitlyn 3 days this week as Susan (my high school friend and sitter) has a couple of days off. My daughter has also taken one day off so I will not get over tired from my active granddaughter, Kaitlyn. She still takes an afternoon nap and I am grateful as it gives me time to relax. She is so much fun and I enjoy every minute of our days together. It must be so hard when they get older and we are no longer the center of their attention.
Once they go off to school things will change.

Well I must attend to some household chores. Great to chat with you both and send my best.

Phyllis

Phyllis so lovely to hear from you again. My computer is also rather antiquated-lol.So far one or the other of my children have been able to straighten out problems that I can't.
What a foggy week, sun comes through the fog about 4 pm,a bit late. One of my granddaughters used to be an au pair in Conneticut, those people called her to see is she would come to look after their girls for 2 weeks, all expenses paid, she left for there Sunday.Must be nice to have that kind of money.
The family is having a birthday party for Ralstons 75th on Saturday at the home of our daughter who just got married.
Phyllis I hope they don't charge as much there as they do here to trim/limb or cut down trees.
Wow, no tennant yet, I hope by now one turns up.Here is is always a big rush of people looking for apartments just before school opens. The hard part is people who destroy or don't pay their rent. The law here is not really writted to charge those deadbeats.I always feel so bad for those who are bitten by especially those who destroy.
Still having a ball with Bo,my puppy, everyone loves him, when I take him walking we get stopped all the time by people who want to love him.He has his needles, including his booster, booster was $129. no wonder some people can't afford to have a dog treated properly. In 2 month I will have to neuter expense.Next week lymes needle $38 followed by a second lymes needle in 2 weeks. 14 people in a 40 mile radius lost their dogs to lymes from wood/deer ticks so I don't want to take a chance.
Glad you had a breather from child sitting, gives you chance to catch up at home . Bye for now and all the best
