Subject: Where is everyone??

I hope everyone is okay - Kylie, Ellie, Tina, Dudo, Margaret and others.
Well we've had lots of rain and very good soaking rain. Good for the garden and oranges. The weather has been a little warmer this week.
I'm off to Adelaide tomorrow to go to the Royal Adelaide Show. One of the girls on Cat World is showing her Ragdolls and I'm going to have a look at them, I've never seen a Ragdoll in the fur.
Leigh is coming home tomorrow night for the weekend, it will be good to catch up.
He's been offered a permanent job at the Royal Adelaide Hospital (after his GNP finishes) and thinks he may put off his overseas trip until next April. He will have been working there for 12 months in March and will get 6 weeks paid annual leave, so will wait until then to leave. They know about his overseas trip but are so short staffed that they will be grateful for an extra couple of months.
Hope the new addition, Hamlet is settling in, I hope your back to normal now Ellie with your scare the other week, Kylie I hope China's training is going okay and Tina I hope you are enjoying the last bit of Summer and Margaret I hope your weather is cooler now (I saw on the news that England had had 40C temperatures).

Hi Susan,

You have just found me on another board as a moderator vbg.

Paul the owner, has a Yahoo group as well and I came home from holiday to find that he had started the group and put me as moderator, done the same with the message board. We do pull his leg a lot, especially when Saracen, one of his Rotties, jumped on his back and put his back out. If you see any reference to Paul drowning his dogs, is is just us pulling his leg and Saracen got his own back.

If anyone is interested in joining the group, you will be very welcome. It is supposed to be about dog training, but is more chatter. The address is: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/uk-k9training

OOh Susan..I wouldn't dare go near a show that had rag doll cats...I adore them so much I would pine away for weeks wanting every one I saw. They are rather rare here in Nova Scotia but I think not so rare in the rest of Canada..I am not really sure.
Short note..I am still running around to all the summer things that I couldn't get to the last couple yearsbecause of Ralston health..he is still not healthy bur his attitude is a bit better and since I got used to his playing"emergency" and once even called an ambulance-he has reduced his amount of "emergencies"so since I know he is not dying I often say I am going..you can if you want..but he insists on watching T.V.90% of the time.
