Now that the babies are older i am actually getting out of the house alot. welcome back! You've done well with your goal!.I don't set goals, but since xmas , 10 kgs. have disappeared. no "diet", just decided to eat what I like, when I like, and to hell with "mealtimes", etc. I have Macdonalds when I'm in town, The other day lunch was a half bar of choc.- but NO GUILT about it- that's the difference for me. Legalise the "bad stuff",and it seems to have worked.You sound very happy, so that's great. Hold that thought!!
