Hi Ellie & Tina,

Ellie, sorry to hear that your flu lasted so long. I am glad that you are finally feeling better. Thanks for your message regarding my upcoming eye surgery.

Congratulations on the new baby arriving in January. How wonderful! They certainly will be a very busy family and as the children grow they will play and entertain each other. One neighbor who has 3 children (2 boys and a girl) says it is easier as they play together. When her brothers are off doing something special with their dad, the sister is waiting for them to return and play with her.

Happy Birthday to your husband, Tina. Sounds like a fun family celebration. I will be thinking of you on Tuesday.

My surgery is Wednesday so I am trying to catch up on household chores and errands. I will be having several follow up visits to eye doctor.

On Friday, my car was leaking oil. I have an appointment on Monday with the garage to have it repaired. Always seem to be something.

Phyllis I hope all is going well for you and hope the car trouble wasn't an expensive one.
Pouring a sea here today and supposed to rain next few days.Oh well time to catch up with my housework, didn't get the result of my scan yet.Husbands brother who was the same age as me passed away last week from cancer.Poor man really suffered, they removed his stomache last fall,he seemed to be recovering fine and then things turned ugly.
I feel so badly for his widow, she depended on him for just about everything.
Speedy recovery wishes for your surgery and wishes that your eyesight improves as much as my husbands did.
