Happy New Year! We too are experiencing snow and it is expected to continue on and off thru. Sunday evening and maybe thru. Monday morning. At least it is the weekend and I don't have to drive anywhere thank goodness.

My sister-in-law who lives next door lets me park in their garage during the winter months. It makes such a difference as I do not have to clean my car off when I leave in the morning for my daughter's house. I give my tenants the phone number of my plow man so when they move their cars they can call him. The city usually plows in the front of our driveway as we are located on a busy street.

We are expecting to get strong winds starting tonight. It is very cold out as I went out to shovel the front walk and put a mixture of ice and snow on it.

That is a great idea to have thermoses of of hot water on hand in case of a power outage. I really need my 2 cups of strong coffee in the morning.

Wishing you both the best of everything in this new year.

Warmest wishes and love,
Phyllis
