Dave,
despite moaning a few weeks ago about 'artist vanity projects', I ordered the 3" from Good anyway. Here's an extract from the mail I sent them on Saturday (24th April) to which I have also had no response:

"Order xxxx arrived today, thank you.
However, despite having used the 'International' option in my address, and
specified my Country as 'UK', I appear to have been charged more than double
the amount specified for shipping. The order confirmation I printed from
your website tells me that the postage charge is $2.98. The Visa receipt in
the package tells me that I have been charged $6.98. The postage label on
the mailer tells me that you have spent $0.80 on postage, and (being
generous) $2 on packaging."

(I'd also placed another order with them after ATP, for the RMSN eps):
"Again, for order xxxx, we have a repeat of the strange shipping overcharge.
The order confirmation I have from your website, where again I have used the
'International' option in my address, and specified my Country as 'UK',
tells me that the shipping charge is $4.96 for a three-item order. You have charged me
$7.96 for shipping a two-item order. Again, the mailer tells me that you spent $3.20 on
postage, and (being generous, as there is less packaging this time) $2 on
packaging.

To recap, then. For these two orders, your website told me that I would pay
a total of $7.94 in postage. You have charged me a total of $14.94. Your
total spend on postage is $4. Your total spend on packaging is around $4.
Meaning you have overcharged me, without my permission, something like $6 or
$7.

As a new customer, I would greatly appreciate your feedback on this, as your
charges seem excessive."

Anything you can find out would be appreciated, and thanks for taking the time to do this.

Rob
