I think I found the problem.

the majority of complaints are from the UK. I tried to order the three songs ep from the papa-m website and stated 'United Kingdom' as my country. the total charge for shipping read as $2.98. this seemed wrong according to the last email I got from good records, so I went back and clicked on 'shipping details'... it's an empty link, it didn't go to any webpage. and there is no way to go to 'www.goodrecords.com/help' from the papa-m website... there is no 'help' option.

so my suggestion to good records is:

1) change it so that when 'United Kingdom' is chosen as the country, the proper shipping rate for europe is reflected when a customer checks out. as it is, it's inaccurate and misleading.

2) make the 'Shipping Details' link go to 'www.goodrecords.com/help'

3) add a 'Help' link on the nav bar that goes to 'www.goodrecords.com/help'
