Subject: Yep paid around 3k last season. I’ve learned since then some states don’t even allow H&M at their state pageant. I also learned that none of those H&M people even have cosmetology license (yes I know they don’t need them in NC to preform that work) but years ago the girls used people with licenses. These pop up “professionals” are anything but professional. They see $$ and know people will pay it. Are they good at what they do? For the most part yes very talented but the cost is only that high because people are willing to pay it.
