Subject: Because you can’t if you compete elsewhere before the new one is crowned and she competed at NC USA so she was ineligible to do a farewell according to the rules. Just like if a MAO local title holder competes at another prelim before their current prelims new season they can’t give a farewell.

Oh, I didn't know that she did NC-USA. How did she do? Did she place? Wasn't the winner ruled ineligible? I think that's a weird rule. Is it supposed to "punish" the girl? It seems like it would just serve to alienate sponsors.
