Subject: I'm not saying that is still the case. I'm just basing it on what was said when Volunteer was first heating up. Maybe since both programs have seen local and state pageants with 3 or 4 contestants, they realize that willing participants are at a premium and they will have to share. I personally would love to see the need first Volunteer disappear. Install Allison at the head of MAO and get back to what Miss America used to be and not the snoozefest it has become.
