I disagree just a tad. While, of course, it is not definitive and there is no panel of judges....sometimes you can tell who has really put the thought and work in since last year. Basically, who has come to be serious and competitive. In my past years, I have tended to be able to "feel" who the front runners may be and it tends to turn out so at Miss NC week. For me Miss were: Hannah Harvey, Abby Britt and Hannah Welbourn Lewis. Teen was not as clear to me. -- Unofficial Miss NC Messageboard
