Subject Author Date I’m afraid some looked at their headshots and hired hair and makeup for work weekend fearing they would not be recognized otherwise. Straight out of hairspray the musical. Unless you are going to have hair and makeup follow you to every appearance should you be crowned it’s time to face the truth you don’t look a thing like this without the smoke and mirrors. (NT) -- No name, 12:48:59 03/12/24 Tue More than a few did but they did their video and voice overs the first day and then they are asked to come hair and make up ready for pics the remainder of the time except for the production rehearsal of course they are all expected to look the part. Some of them definitely used H&M it’s posted on their social media accounts and some of them do their own. They are allowed to have H&M at state just not back stage and they definitely have a H&am team if they win and move on. Everyone is allowed to use hair and makeup at state and the next Miss NC does have a hair and makeup person for Miss America.
