Subject: From what I saw, most Misses that used hair and makeup only used them on Friday for their video recording. Everyone is allowed to use hair and makeup at state and the next Miss NC does have a hair and makeup person for Miss America. I agree that they should be able to do it themselves for appearances but utilizing resources isn’t something that should be shamed.
