Subject: Divorced or annulled? Somebody else said mistakes happen and for sure - but not many girls get divorced and think they can get back on the MAO stage. Pretty sure you know that disqualifies you, even if MAO “didnt catch it” .. I’d assume if you have an annulled marriage it’s your responsibility to provide that to MAO, and those documents def are different than divorce

In reply to: 's message, "She’s a 28-year-old divorce who apparently turns 29 right after Miss North Carolina. But you can’t be 29 before Miss America therefore she’s disqualified. I don’t agree with allowing people who were previously married in the Miss America organization… Here’s her sign that she’s Miss USA material." on 18:20:19 01/31/26 Sat

Even if that were misunderstood her age still disqualified her and those rules are very clearly stated in the paper work these young ladies sign. This is just messy. And extremely unfortunate to all those young ladies standing on that stage. That could have shifted the entire dynamic for the outcome. I’m happy for the new young lady but she didn’t get her crowning moment and that just sucks. It didn’t have to happen this way. (NT)No name07:55:16 02/01/26 Sun
