2 Corinthians 9
Ok
I'll jump in here.
Here is a link to the chapter:

2 Corinthians 9
1 For as touching the ministering to the saints, it is superfluous for me to write to you:

(Ministering to the saints. Those who are in Christ Jesus still have needs to be ministered to. Whether it be learning, uplifting, or just being a buddy, we all need to be a close knit group. So if one shall stumble the others may help him or her up.)

2 Cor 9
2 For I know the forwardness of your mind, for which I boast of you to them of Macedonia, that Achaia was ready a year ago; and your zeal hath provoked very many.

(These are go getters. They gain in leaps and bounds.)

2 Cor 9
3 Yet have I sent the brethren, lest our boasting of you should be in vain in this behalf; that, as I said, ye may be ready:
4 Lest haply if they of Macedonia come with me, and find you unprepared, we (that we say not, ye) should be ashamed in this same confident boasting.

(Paul has apparantly been speaking highly of Corinth. Now he will send some of the brethren to be sure they are staying the course.)

2 Cor 9
5 Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren, that they would go before unto you, and make up beforehand your bounty, whereof ye had notice before, that the same might be ready, as a matter of bounty, and not as of covetousness.

(Bounty = heavenly reward.)

2 Cor 9
6 But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

(Sowing the seeds. Spread em out. This is important.)

2 Cor 9
7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

(Shame this has been turned into a verse used for gathering money. Notice in verse 6 the subject is spreading seeds. Cheerfully give out of your heart. If your heart is in money, then give it. If your heart is in the truth, then give it.)

2 Cor 9
8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

(Here we are to good works. That is another thing we may cheerfully give out of our heart. We are given suffiency in all things. Give to others as your heart directs. The Spirit will lead.)

2 Cor 9
9 (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever.
10 Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)

(Here we are speaking of seed again. Food may be physical, or spiritual. ie bread of life. Notice ministering seed to the sower. That could easily be speaking of a good teacher.)

2 Cor 9
11 Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.

(Enriched beyond measure. Always give thanks to God. He gives and He takes away. Thanks and praise go to Him for everything. I am only a poor wretched slob who is unworthy of His love. Thanks be to the Lord who has enriched me. Happy Thanksgiving to all. Remember the Lord in it.)

2 Cor 9
12 For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God;

(See there. Give your thanksgiving to God. Which of course is just giving thanks to God. Couldn't help the play on words. We are admonished to minister to the saints everything they need. They are our immediate family. They deserve our love. Just beware of imposters.)

2 Cor 9
13 Whiles by the experiment of this ministration they glorify God for your professed subjection unto the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal distribution unto them, and unto all men;

(By ministering to the saints we help spread the gospel better than any other way. We keep ourselves strong, our brother and sisters strong and by that we are able to "quench the fiery darts of the wicked."

2 Cor 9
14 And by their prayer for you, which long after you for the exceeding grace of God in you.

(Our brothers pray for us. Thank God for the love we have inside of us. The Lord is perfect in all His ways.)

2 Cor 9
15 Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.

(Thanks and glory to Him who is on high. His unspeakable gift is love. The love that Christ had while on the cross dying for us. The love that we have for one another. The love that God has to give us salvation even though we don't deserve any of it.)

Thank you LORD.

I am unworthy.
