Hi everyone

My name's Demani, I'm 16, 5'7' 112 lbs. I recently passed my target weight of 115 lbs. I started my diet after I turned 16 last summer and stepped on the scale at 175 I'm not ana or mia but I admire the lifestyle and I practice it someone what. I have a few suggestions for weightloss that have worked for me and hopefully will work for you. Summer time is comming up and summer diets are awesome. Eat all the friuts and veggies you want. Watermelon is fantastic. And try to stay outdoors as much as possible. If you wake up early, take a trip down to the track and run a few laps. Do it early it's not healthy to do exercises like running with the sun beating down on you. And drink lots of water before during and after and exercise. And remember to stretch out first, it'll help you exercise for longer and not hurt yourself. Jump rope is good also. Try jumping 100 turns without stopping and take a rest. Do that five times. Or if you can't make it to 100 consistanly. Whenever you mess up start your count over. Another thing I often do is walk home from school. My school is an hour away from my house, and I'll walk the whole way, and my book bag is resistance so it's like cardio and weight training at once (i think) lol. During the summer though you pick a place that you'd usually go to by way of transportation. (I use my school) Walk there, when you reach your desination, go to a corner deli and buy a bottled water, drink it, and walk back home. same For me that's two hours of exercise right there :o) You can pick a farther destination or longer routes to and from the same destination if it gets repetative. Also in the summer, you always want something to cool you down. Water is my savior, but sometimes you just need a little more. Italian Ices are great. I usually buy a brand called Luigi's. The lemon ones are great. They're only 120 cals and no fat. Another good thing to eat is cheeries. Natural cherries not those one in the thick sauce. They're tangy and they have almost the same effect as toothpaste. Once you eat them other foods taste really gross. Lastly, always keep yourself active, even if you're just sitting around. I know it sounds dumb but it's possible. Invest in some video games. My brothers have every console known to man. Buy a bunch of vedio games with an E (everyone) rating. The fun colors back ground sounds and whatnot keep you happy. My favorites are Donkey Kong and Paper Mario for N64 and the Crash Bandicoot series and Ape Escape for Playstaion one and two. They're great cuz you get hooked on them and you play for hours, and you don't think of anything else. Hence you don't think about eating. I usually play during binge hours.

I'll probably leave a few more messages and tips for you guys, If you wanna talk you can just reply to my messages. I don't have a permanent email address yet. My cousin (she has the same name as me spelled Demanie) is starting a pro anna website. I'll let you know when she gets it up.

Ana Pride :o)
Good luck to all

Demani ;)
