I know what you're going through. It seems like I binge every weekend too. Get rid of all tempting food in the house. Only keep celery, carrots, veggies, ect in the fridge. Focus on being thin; on achieving thinness. This is your goal. Before eating anything ask yourself if it's worth feeling lousy afterward. Get a glass of water and walk away. Do something that will take your mind off food. Exercise, go for a walk, do any activity you like - just avoid the kitchen. Chew sugarless gum when a craving hits. Keep a journal. Write down food planning, thoughts, triggers, and look at it whenever you feel hungry. It will help pull you back into ana.

Everyone slips up and gives into the temptation. Don't let it get you down. Start over and try to focus on your goal. Hang in there.
