Hi I wanted to tell everyone I was in the grocery store the other night and wanted to ask those who do eat egg whites if they have tried egg beaters egg whites. Fewer calories and you don't have to worry about shells or the fuss. Plus you get all the protein. I was wondering how green tea worked.
