Hi, I'm 33. Do you have kids? Roommate? Husband? I am married and have 4 kids. I recently went from 118 to 104 (this a.m.). I'm 5'3" and my goal is 95 lbs. I do have a very small frame but it is so great to get more perfect every day.
What I do--to start my loss, I went to karenkellock.com and immersed myself in that. Mostly, I ate some dried fruit (less than 1/2 c.) and a little bit of cheese (1 or 2 oz.) and she's right--it really works to get you through the day. I also try to avoid carbs, but I let myself have some on weekends. Mondays I have usually gained some weekend weight (mostly carb bloat) so I fast, nothing technical, just fluids. Mostly no-calorie, but if I'm dying for something, I'll drink V-8. When I have to eat with my family, I make a protein dish (chicken, fish, meat) and salad and some other vegetable. I skip bread and rice and fill up on veggies. It's pretty hard to gain weight, no matter how much cabbage and broccoli you eat. Feel free to email me, I'm at thinheaven98@hotmail.com. Good luck! PS sneak in exercise EVERYWHERE, crunch & leg lift while you watch TV.
