Hi! I'm Sharon and I just turned 32 in November. I'm 5'4" and weigh 115 on my good days and 121 on my very bad days. In high school I was down to 88 pounds and then when I went to college and started partying, I gained a ton of weight. I was in a car accident 4 years ago and 2 of my vertebrea were broken and now I have a metal plate in my back and can't exercise any more. I despertely want to be thin again. I just found out about these pro-ana sites and I am getting alot of great tips from them. Like sitting up straight will burn more calories, etc... I need a dieting buddy. I just came from the kitchen, opened the cabinets, stared at the food and left with a diet pepsi. I was doing a "happy dance" singing out loud "I didn't eat, I fought off the urge, I am happy" My husband isn't home so when he's at work I am at my most vulnerable point. I either eat or purge.
Anyway, I just wanted to tell you a little about myself. Feel free to email me if you want.
Take care,
Sharon~*
