Ive not done well with my seed either. I had some various types from a lady in Africa. I used them all up.
I have discovered Aeonium!! They are great! I have many sempervivum, some aeonium and echeveria. I have a Huefuelii..spelling? its called molded wax agave. I am just getting into the named cultivars of the sempervivum. I never really cared what it was called as long as it was pretty....now that Im collecting Ive had to ID things and that is still a work in progress. Sorry I took long to answer too. I had forgotten that I bookmarked this site and I just ran across it tonight.
