Subject: 2023 realignment

Due to a suspicion that more conference realignment upheaval may be forthcoming I'm going to again this year delay editing the conference pages to reflect 2023 alignment until at least June. There were a couple of changes even after July 1st last year.

This will probably be my policy for the forseeable future.
