Sorry, that's the Troy white "T" logo with silver trim.

The helmet for the victorious Trojans is indeed new and is now designated “I”, while the Mean Green have used their design earlier in their tenth game; this design with “H” in reverse is already set as “J”.

The rest of the bowls played on December 16th showcased the following looks:

12/16 Cure: Georgia State (M) defeated Western Kentucky (A)
12/16 Las Vegas: Boise State (P) defeated Oregon (AQ)
