Subject: Darla baby theories

What are everyone's theories on the baby?

I think she's probably having twins - one good, human, and pure; one evil, a demon, and corrupt. I also think it's his shanshu. I mean, how else could they make life? I like the shanshu theory because it adds another dimension to the show. If the baby is his shanshu, that means he'll never become human. Will he keep working to fight evil or will he just give in? After all there's no real final reward - the humanity he's been working so hard for will never be achieved. Is it worth it to be alone and "alive" and watch everyone he cares about slowly waste away and die if he can just lose his soul and run off w/ Darla and have fun for all of eternity?
