but glad that your mother is no longer in pain or suffering.

I worry about my own mother knowing I could lose her anytime - heart problems and CCPD, high blood pressure, etc. and knowing what a huge loss it will be for me when she goes. I try to make sure I see her and give her a big hug everyday for now because I know everytime I see her it might be the last time I see her on this side of eternity. My only comfort is that I know I'll be with her again someday after she's finally gone.
