... as i'm actually arguing against the need for banning anything. instead, it boils down to your sacred duties and responsibilities as a patriotic American to uphold the Constitution, which apparently most smokers seem to think their precious addiction selfishly supercedes even that and all the while quite hypocritically championing their own American right to smoke! And while i agree with the basic premise of your automobile argument on the face of it, not many people actually want to drive their vehicles in confined social spaces. You simply have to be 'reasonable' here, lol. same goes for farting, but good luck in 'passing' that ...
