So basically you are saying as upstanding smoking citizens, we should put our cigs out for nonsmokers, while we get nothing in return? That sounds kinda hypocritical to me. I'm not real big on Gangsta rap, but if a friend of mine is listening to it, and I'm riding with him or her, I'm not going to ask them to cut it off because I don't like it. Granted, music isn't dangerous to ones health (unless it's up so loud you don't hear the guy screaming at you while he's coming through crosswalk with a cigarette in his hand)
Our rights as citizens work both ways, I won't smoke in your house or your car (unless I'm told it's ok, and even then I may still go outside) but when I get outside, it's game on.
