which also take away someone else's right to breathe the air as it was before drivers started filling it up with their exhaust.

I'm interested to see how NYC handles the ban on smoking in bars. Many a bar is located in neighborhoods with a fair amount of residential buildings and it will be interesting to see how these folks react to having jonesing drunks populate the sidewalks from 10PM to 4AM every night.
